Anything that exposes kids to gambling too early, en experts warn.
While festive scratch-offs flood stores, NCPG stresses that no gambling is safe for minors. Top-tier NCPG partners in the U.S., like California, Florida, and Pennsylvania lotteries, commit to heavy promotion: press releases, social blasts, ads, and media pitches.
